while i am trained in sports massage, i work completely holistically. as a herbalist, i understand the body as more connected than just the clunky muscles and bones, and i aim to provide a service that tailors exactly to what you need.

if you are seeking postural maintenance and injury prevention, book in for a sports massage or deep tissue and we will work together to find a balance of treating where possible, relaxing the muscles and allowing healing by using trigger point therapy.

For new bookings, the price of the treatment must be paid upfront to secure the appointment.
