Herbal Medicine

A medical herbalist specialises in using plants and herbal remedies to support health and treat various conditions through natural, holistic approaches. I am currently in my final year of training at Betonica School of Herbal Medicine, where I am gaining comprehensive knowledge and practical experience under professional supervision. I offer free consultations, which are fully supervised to ensure the highest standards of care. In addition to clinical work, I have facilitated numerous workshops focused on home herbalism and foraging, sharing practical skills and knowledge with the community. I also craft and sell herbal tea blends and balms locally in Bristol, combining traditional wisdom with quality ingredients to enhance well-being.
